"Great is the art of beginning, but greater is the art of ending." I'd like to take credit for that, but the poetic thinker responsible for the sentiment is a (very) old friend of mine, Henry Wadsworth Longfellow. After 45 years in the art business in Los Angeles, it's time to move onward, and follow a new path. The gallery closed on December 31, 2019.
I'm proud to have shown so many wonderful artists during those many years, and especially happy to have provided a space for exceptional, emerging artists. I'm so thankful for the many friendships and professional associations I've made through the years, and very thankful for the loyal patronage of our many collectors. Accordingly, this is not really a goodbye, this is a thank you.
